Position Overview:

As the Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression, assisting customers, and supporting the overall front desk operations of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Manage incoming calls by answering promptly, routing to the appropriate party, and taking accurate messages when needed.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle service, test drives, and sales consultations.
• Provide information to customers about dealership services, current promotions, and special offers.
• Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining appointment calendars.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with the dealership.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Proficiency with office software and phone systems.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
