What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensuring the customer is expose to the full product line
- Notify Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency order if necessary
- Notify Service Advisor when special order parts are received
- Follow-up on back-ordered parts
- On a weekly basis, verify will-call and back-order files as well as vendor returns, and stock items not picked up
- Assist outside sales representatives with their orders
- Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
- Maintain organized records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special order parts
- Assist Parts Manager in maintaining a lost sales tracking program.
