This position will be responsible for ensuring guest retention and profitability by planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the Internet Sales department and measuring the performance of Internet Sales Staff.

Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities): The primary duties consist of, but are not limited to the following.
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all Internet Sales representative
- Directs and schedules the activities of all sales representatives, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
- Works alongside the management team to forecast goals and objectives for Internet Sales staff gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Sets Internet Sales staff and gross objectives for Sales Department, as directed by the sales management team.
- Handles guests concerns that demand management's attention tactfully, promptly, and with genuine concern for the guest's problems.
- Ensures that common guest inconveniences, concerns, and misunderstandings are dealt with fairly and quickly.
- Communicates with Internet Sales staff to ensure that dealerships policies and procedures are understood and followed.
- Guides all Internet Sales staff in setting their objectives on a short and long-range basis.
- Monitors the Internet Sales staff response rate on leads.
- Assists in development of programs of improvement for those Internet Sales staff who are failing to reach their objectives.
- Conducts daily and weekly Internet Sales staff training meetings.
- Provides proper product and training resources for Internet Sales staff on a regular and continuous basis.
- Ensures all proper follow-up procedures are being used and maintained by the Internet Sales representatives. Host and attend all Internet Sales meetings and trainings
- Meeting with the sales management team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis
- Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism.
- Performs other duties as required, or assigned by management.
