We are seeking a candidate with work experience and a track record of exceptional customer service. Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and other staff members. Must be a team player who works well in a fast-paced environment. SUMMARY
Lot attendants receive, move, arrange and maintain the appearance of vehicles, and ensure the orderliness of the vehicle lot. A Lot Attendant parks vehicles in assigned areas, checks them for damage and lists and stores keys.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures vehicles are clean and presentable
- Ensures lot is organized, clean and free from trash, litter and debris
- Checking new vehicles are displaying factory and addendum stickers, and selling price.
- Maintain keys
- Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory, and ensuring most marketable vehicles are put on display first.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Friendly and customer service focused
- Valid Drivers License
- Able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Outstand organization skills
- Dependable and hardworking
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
