About Us: Honc Docks & Lifts, Inc. is a family-owned marine construction company serving Southwest Florida for over 60 years. We specialize in docks, boat lifts, and marine construction projects. We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate LAT & TSS Cranes and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Set pilings for docks, seawalls, and marine structures.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Work closely with project managers and field crews to complete projects on schedule.
- Follow all OSHA, company, and job-site safety requirements.
- Assist with marine construction activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating LAT & TSS cranes and heavy equipment.
- NCCCO certification.
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Marine construction experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical job duties.
