Experienced Outbound Appointment Setter — Home Improvement

Job Overview

Homze is hiring an experienced outbound appointment setter to call company-generated leads and book qualified in-home consultations.

Successful appointment setting experience is required. You should already know how to handle objections, qualify homeowners, and manage follow-up. We’ll get you familiar with our services, systems, and standards.

Compensation

• $20/hour starting base.
• Uncapped 1% revenue share on Personal NIS (Net Installation Sales) generated from your pitched appointments.
• Quarterly raise opportunities: Eligible for cumulative $1/hour increases by maintaining a rolling average of $100,000 in Personal NIS over each qualifying three-month period, up to a $25/hour base.

Responsibilities

• Make 200 outbound dials per day and manage callbacks and follow-up.
• Qualify projects, confirm decision-maker involvement, and set clear expectations before booking.
• Keep accurate Salesforce records and coordinate reschedules and cancellations.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while maintaining appointment quality.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is an in-office position in Vancouver, WA, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Saturday hours are optional with approval.

You’ll have clear expectations and independence to manage your day. We expect consistent effort, reliable follow-through, and openness to feedback.

Catered lunches are provided Tuesdays and Fridays, with snacks and beverages available daily.
