What are the responsibilities and job description for the Door-to-Door Appointment Setter position at Dynamic Restoration?
Dynamic Restoration is expanding our field sales team in the Portland Metro area.
We’re looking for confident, disciplined people who are comfortable talking with homeowners, building trust, and creating qualified opportunities.
This is a door-to-door Appointment Setter position. You’ll work in residential neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, identify potential needs, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
Our services include roofing, roof leaks, water damage restoration, storm damage, windows, and other residential restoration services.
Compensation
- $800 weekly base – Full-Time
- $50 per qualified and verified appointment
- Performance bonuses
- Strong performers can significantly increase their earnings through production
Experience Preferred
Previous door-to-door or direct sales experience is strongly preferred, especially in:
Solar Water Filtration Roofing Pest Control Home Improvement Telecommunications Canvassing
Language
English required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
Training & Growth
Training and ongoing sales coaching are provided.
Strong performers can grow into closing roles, team leadership, and sales management opportunities.
Full-time candidates are preferred. Experienced part-time and weekend canvassers are also encouraged to apply.
