Night Manager

• Security and safety oversight: Supervise and motivate security personnel, ensuring compliance with hotel SOPs and overseeing property patrols for guest and employee safety.
  

• Incident management: Review daily security activity reports, conduct investigations, and ensure all incident reports are documented clearly and accurately.
  

• Emergency response coordination: Implement and manage emergency procedures for fire, weather events, power outages, and evacuations while maintaining the Emergency Response Kit.
  

• Lost and Found management: Monitor and enforce proper procedures for handling lost and found items, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
  

• Guest and staff security: Conduct guest and employee escorts, bag and package inspections, and key audits to maintain safety and security standards.
  

• Operational reporting: Audit and balance financial transactions for all F&B outlets and front desk operations, ensuring accuracy in revenue postings, room charges, and adjustments.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
  

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience, with previous supervisory overnight experience preferred.
  

• Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software, with the ability to manage reports and operational data effectively.
  

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, ensuring all departmental functions meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Flexibility to work long and overnight shifts as needed, with the ability to lift to 20 pounds occasionally.
  

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and support Night Audit, PBX, and bell services as required.
  

• Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation on Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.
