The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional technology projects that advance HxSG’s enterprise platform strategy. Reporting to the CTO, this role drives structured execution from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
The IT Project Manager is primarily accountable for delivering HxSG’s internal enterprise software initiatives, including new software launches and major feature rollouts within ServiceTitan and other applications in our stack. The PM owns execution from intake and vendor evaluation through implementation, training, launch, and adoption stabilization.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead end-to-end project delivery using standard PMO practices (scope, schedule, budget, risks, change control, communications).
- Create and manage detailed project plans, workstreams, milestones, and dependencies; maintain project documentation and status reporting.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, decisioning, and issue resolution across IT, Finance/FP&A, Operations, and field leadership.
- Coordinate testing strategy, UAT, training, cutover, and hypercare for enterprise software initiatives.
- Track adoption and performance post-go-live; drive corrective actions as needed.
Enterprise Software Delivery Responsibilities (Project Implementation Focus):
- Own project execution for new software implementations and major system enhancements across the HxSG application stack.
- Lead intake, requirements gathering, and business case support; coordinate vendor demos, evaluation, and selection processes.
- Plan and manage ServiceTitan feature rollouts (e.g., Pro products, new modules, workflow changes), ensuring configuration aligns with HxSG standards.
- Develop implementation plans covering sandbox setup, integration touchpoints, data readiness, and security/compliance checks.
- Lead UAT cycles, defect triage, and go/no-go readiness reviews with business owners.
- Build and deliver enablement plans: training materials, role-based sessions, job aids, and adoption tracking.
- Coordinate go-live execution and post-launch hypercare; monitor adoption KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a portfolio view of active projects, surfacing resource conflicts, dependencies, and sequencing recommendations to PMO leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–7 years of IT project management experience delivering SaaS implementations or system migrations.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders across multiple locations and functional groups.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; able to translate technical detail for non-technical teams.
- Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, MS Project, Monday.com) and collaboration suites.
- Demonstrated ability to run parallel projects with competing timelines and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching new enterprise SaaS tools or feature programs in fast-growth environments.
- Familiarity with field service platforms such as ServiceTitan and adjacent tools (Intacct, Tableau, telephony/contact center, etc.).
- Knowledge of process improvement frameworks and structured delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Comfort partnering with vendors through implementation and support lifecycles.
Salary : $140 - $160
