Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Hotel Houseman to support our housekeeping team and keep our hotel looking its best. You'll be the behind‑the‑scenes powerhouse who helps with heavy lifting, public area maintenance, and room turnovers—ensuring every guest walks into a space that's TRU to our brand: clean, bright, and hassle‑free.
Responsibilities:
- Assist housekeepers with moving furniture, delivering supplies, and lifting heavy items
- Keep hallways, lobbies, and common areas neat and welcoming
- Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors promptly
- Restock housekeeping carts and storage closets
- Support deep‑cleaning projects and quick room flips
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or physical labor experience is a plus—but not required
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods)
- Strong teamwork mindset and clear communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to pitch in wherever needed
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
