Hampton by Hilton Detroit/Southgate is a full service, Troy, MI based, Multi-State, full service plumbing and HVAC company. We are a family owned business that has been in business for over 60 years. We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team. Night Auditor duties include monitoring the night shift to ensure that all equipment is in working order and that the rooms are clean. Night Auditor duties include checking on employees, residents, and guests to make sure they are happy with the services we provide. Night Auditor must be able to handle emergencies and emergencies that arise during the night shift. The ideal candidate should be able to stay calm during emergencies and should be able to communicate well with other team members. We need someone who can stay calm under pressure and who is detail oriented. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team member in a group environment. Ultimately, you will ensure that we run smoothly as a family business.
Responsibilities
- Check on staff, residents, guests in assigned rooms of a multi-residential building or other premises as required by management.
- Ensure all equipment is in working order and that rooms are clean and tidy.
- Confirm that residents have received all required notices or instructions.
- Report any unusual occurrence or emergency to management immediately.
Requirements
- A minimum of 18 years of age or older (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Ability to pass drug test and background check (Preferred)
