Responsibilities

- Provide excellent guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
