Role Description
The Front Desk Agent role is a full-time, on-site position located in Malvern, PA. The responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing outstanding customer service. Additional tasks involve operating the phone system, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction by completing administrative and receptionist duties with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
