We are excited to announce our new Homewood Suites by Hilton opening November 2025. We are an extended stay hotel dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and comfort for all guests. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where guests feel at home during their stay.
We are looking for two individuals to add to our Front Desk Agent / Night Audit team.
- Part Time Front Desk Agent / Night Audit will work 11pm-7am Friday & Saturday.

Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, professional and dedicated Front Desk Agents to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience and providing outstanding customer service that aligns with our hotel's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain front desk operations, including managing phone calls and multi-line systems.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial records as required.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality and/or customer service environment preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in front desk operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attendance record.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
