What are the responsibilities and job description for the Room Attendant, Part-Time position at Homewood Suites by Hilton Providence-Warwick?
This is a part-time weekend position (2-3 shifts/week most often on Fri/Sat/Sun) that includes sick time and travel discounts only. Shifts generally run from 9am - 5pm and may vary slightly based on the demand of the hotel. Weekends and holidays are required but time-off requests are often accommodated. Timeliness and reliability are crucial for this role. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms on a daily basis.
- Regularly stock, organize, sanitize, and maintain housekeeping carts.
- Assist in maintaining clean and presentable common areas and hallways.
- Record and report maintenance issues to supervisors / engineering team.
- Learn and maintain Hilton brand standards for guest rooms.
- Be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.
