Shifts generally run from 10am - 6pm but may vary based on the demands of the hotel. Weekends and holidays are required but time-off requests are often accommodated. Timeliness and reliability are crucial for this role. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Sort, wash, and dry hotel linen and terry according to specific chemical guidelines.
- Inspect and fold sheets, towels, blankets meticulously for presentation in guest rooms.
- Maintain a clean laundry room and linen closets by dusting and mopping regularly.
- Organize and inventory product regularly to ensure consistent supply for guests.
- Assist as needed with stripping guest rooms and light house duties.
- Be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.
