Housekeeping Supervisor

At Homewood Suites by Hilton Kalispell, we’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences through cleanliness, teamwork, and leadership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, leading by example, and ensuring every guest walks into a room that feels like home.

What You’ll Do

-Lead, train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members

-Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure Hilton brand standards are exceeded

-Assign daily room boards and prioritize tasks based on occupancy and guest needs

-Support room attendants and laundry staff during busy periods

-Communicate room status updates with Front Desk and Maintenance teams

-Monitor inventory, supplies, linens, and housekeeping equipment

- Address guest requests and service recovery situations professionally and promptly

-Help create a positive, supportive, and team-focused work environment

-Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met

What We’re Looking For

⭐ Previous hotel housekeeping experience required

⭐ Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

⭐ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

⭐ Ability to lead by example and inspire a team

⭐ Excellent communication and guest service skills

⭐ Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed

⭐ Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift

Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour
