Houseperson Overview:
As a Housekeeping Houseperson with Waterford Hotel Group, you will have the opportunity to create a clean and inviting lobby and public area for the arrival of our guests. A housekeeping house person is a very important role within the hotel wearing many hats and delivering excellent customer service with a smile.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests and responding to queries.
Sweeping and mopping floors.
Vacuuming carpets.
Dusting and polishing furniture.
Emptying trash containers.
Restock and clean housekeeping closets.
Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
Job Requirements:
