• Utilize hotel management software for reservations and billing.

• Qualifications
• Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or related hospitality roles.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of hotel management software is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
