Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. We are seeking an auditor to work overnight 11 pm - 7 am. Must have open availibility. The Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel - including assisting guests with requests, check-in and check-out, processing the daily audit, etc. Must be able to multi-task and stay focused on the work at hand with little supervision. . Our Front Desk Associates are responsible for assisting our guest at every turn - at first contact when the guest contacts the hotel to make a reservation, providing a warm welcome to each guest as they check-in, assisting with any concerns during the stay and always looking for opportunities to go above and beyond to WOW the guest!
Duties
- Previous experience in a front desk role within a hotel or resort setting is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles and practices is beneficial.
