Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Madison, MS. The Job Title will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for clients, assessing individual needs, developing personalized care plans, and maintaining communication with clients and their families. Duties also include managing daily operations, supporting the care team, and following compliance guidelines to deliver quality service that meets company standards.
