In-Home Caregiver

We are currently seeking a dedicated In-Home Caregiver who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for individuals in their care. If you’re ready to make a positive impact on the lives of others while enjoying a supportive and flexible work environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment for clients.

• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.

• Medications reminder as instructed and assist with basic health monitoring.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks.

• Escort clients to appointments, social activities, and errands as needed.

• Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to the care team.

• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and communicate effectively with team members.

• Assist with administrative tasks when caregiver work is light, including scheduling and data entry.

• Participate in training and professional development sessions as needed.

Are You the Right Fit?

• High school diploma or equivalent; CPR and First Aid certification is a plus but not required.

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus but not required.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and families.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a desire to help others.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic technology for communication.

• Required to go through background check, DMV check and provide TB test result

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel in the Media, Springfield, Newtown Square, Broomall, Paoli and surrounding areas.
