What You’ll Do:
- Support clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Provide mobility support and safe transfers
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands (optional)
- Offer emotional support to individuals experiencing aging, illness, and life or cognitive changes
- Engage clients in activities that promote cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being
- Accurately document services provided and any changes in the client’s physical or mental condition

Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Prior caregiving experience
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist with mobility
- Patience, reliability, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or behavioral health issues (preferred but not required)
- CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required)
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
