Role Overview:
As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Lehigh Valley, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, dependable, and personalized in-home care for individuals of all ages. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to join a team that supports independence, dignity, and quality of life, bringing peace of mind to families. Whether you work on-site at our location in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, you’ll have the flexibility to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care for individuals of all ages.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by focusing on companionship, safety, and overall well-being.
- Maintain open communication, strong caregiver support, and a family-like culture that values respect and compassion.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the well-being and quality of life of our clients.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills:
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and supportive approach to caregiving
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and every other weekend
- 2 years of caregiving experience
Bonus If You:
- Have first aid and CPR certification
- Have memory care experience
