Qualifications
- Experience with personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living activities
- Basic knowledge of nutrition, meal preparation, and housekeeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide companionship and assist with client needs
- Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Previous experience in caregiving or home care services
- High school diploma or GED is required
