Bilingual Spanish- English Caregiver Evening time

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Bilingual Caregiver to provide evening support to individuals in a variety of care settings. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, monitoring health and safety, and fostering a warm, supportive environment.

Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor residents’ health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, resident progress, and incident reports in accordance with HIPAA standards
• Support residents’ emotional well-being through engaging activities, companionship, and effective communication in both languages
• Follow safety protocols including CPR and First Aid procedures to respond promptly during emergencies
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident areas to promote a healthy environment.
• Experience
• Proven ability to monitor patient vital signs and recognize signs of distress or deterioration
• 2 years hands-on experience using patient lifting
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when necessary for resident transfers or mobility assistance
