What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients and caregivers.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff to build a cohesive team.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with management and caregivers to address client needs and enhance service quality.
  • Assist in financial processes, budgeting, and overseeing billing to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, respect, and accountability.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Participate in marketing and community outreach initiatives to promote Homewatch CareGivers’ services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 Years of experience in office adminstration, administrative roles, or related fields; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage various priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Proficient in using office software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in client care.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the El Dorado Hills, Placerville area.
