What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Assistant position at Hometree Co?
We are looking for an assistant cultivator to help us through our "growing" demand for plant work. We are looking for someone who is on time, able to follow instructions, and who wants to learn. Compliance is the name of our game and so you must be able to operate with safety and state cannabis compliance in mind at all times. An active, non-expired state workers permit is required!!!
Daily tasks will include:
- mixing nutrients
- watering plants
- shaping/ pruning plants
-weighing & recording plant waste
20- 25 hours a week (Need to be available weekends!)
$16-$18/ hour based on previous experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
