- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive repair preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a heavy-duty mechanic.
- Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
