What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Salesperson position at Hometown Sheds?
We currently have an opportunity for a retail sales manager for our Asheboro, NC location. You will sell sheds, carports, playsets, chicken coops, dog kennels, and steel built garages. No experience is needed in this industry, but a entrepreneurial mindset is helpful. You will need to have relevant sales experience and be a self starter. You must have a good track record, computer experience, and a desire for interacting with customers. A strong social media and marketing ability is instrumental in your success.
The right person will be organized and responsible, self-motivated and independent and able to follow directions from an off-site supervisor. This is a great job for someone who demonstrates the ability to be an entrepreneur and business owner, rather than an employee. We need you to take charge of the success for your location.

Your pay is totally up to you! Compensation is hourly with a unit bonus plan and commission structure for steel structures with no cap on earnings. This is an established location with great repeat and referral customer base.
