Canvassing Team Manager
Location: Apple Valley, CA Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Role Type: On-the-field position
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Canvassing Team Manager to lead our outreach efforts and drive business growth. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role where you’ll inspire your team, connect with the community, and help us expand our impact.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies to meet company goals
- Train, supervise, and motivate canvassing team members
- Coordinate door-to-door outreach schedules
- Drive your team in one of our company vehicles to their assigned work areas each day
- Utilize marketing techniques to engage potential clients
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize team success
What We’re Looking For
- Management experience required
- Proven experience in canvassing
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Willingness to work the scheduled hours
- Comfort working in an on-the-field environment
- Valid driver’s license required
