What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transport Driver position at Hometown Regional Transport Service?

Hometown Regional Transport, in partnership with the Hollidaysburg American Legion Ambulance Service, is currently seeking a Transport Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, safe, and timely transportation services while ensuring excellent customer care. You will respond to transport requests with a calm demeanor, assist in the safe movement and transfer of patients, and conduct daily vehicle and station checks. Additionally, accurate documentation of patient care and adherence to HIPAA protocols are essential. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete a pre-employment background check, physical examination, and drug screening.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
