We are seeking a Resident Assistant to join our team. The Resident Assistant will be responsible for providing direct support to residents in a home care setting. This is a rewarding position that requires patience, compassion, and the ability to work with individuals with varying needs and abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals
- Medication Reminders
- Clean and maintain the living environment for residents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
