Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to ensure comfort and dignity.
- Monitor and observe patients’ health status by recording vital signs, noting changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately
- Provide specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other memory impairments through tailored memory care techniques and patience
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment for clients.
- Proven experience in assisted living, geriatrics, home health agencies, or long-term care settings with a focus on patient care.
- Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS), along with first aid training.
- Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans
- Familiarity with home & community care regulations and HIPAA compliance to ensure client privacy and safety standards are met.

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
