About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Systems Technician to join our team on a contract basis with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic equipment, diagnosing issues accurately.
- Perform low voltage system installations and repairs.
- Disassemble and reassemble electronic components using mechanical knowledge.
- Provide on-site field service support, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide repairs and installations.
- Assist with computer networking tasks, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service performed.
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in electronics equipment repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and installations.
- Mechanical aptitude for disassembling and reassembling electronic components.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Basic proficiency in computer networking and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
