Our Project Managers are at the center of success. They orchestrate and support our painting, flooring, handyman, landscaping, junk removal, and cleaning crews, and deliver amazing results for our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Project & Field Management
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish across Lake & Porter Counties
- Create schedules, assign subcontractors, and ensure materials and tools are ready
- Conduct job site visits, quality checks, and final walk-throughs
- Resolve issues fast to keep projects on time and on budget
Client Communication
- Communicate directly with homeowners and real estate agents
- Provide project updates, timelines, and clear expectations
- Ensure a smooth, professional client experience
Subcontractor Coordination
- Recruit, schedule, and manage reliable subcontractors for painting, flooring, cleaning, landscaping, and handyman work
- Build strong working relationships with crews who show up and deliver
Team Support & Problem Solving
- Work closely with ownership to maintain consistency in quality and standards
- Spot problems before they become expensive
- Share best practices and help shape the systems we use as we grow
Hands-On Work (As Needed)
- Light handyman tasks, paint touch-ups, clear-outs, and small site tasks
- Occasional support with landscaping or junk removal
WHO YOU ARE
Required
- 2 years of project management, operational management, or equivalent experience managing people, processes, or logistics
- Strong communication skills. You respond fast via text, email, and phone.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once without dropping details
- Detail-oriented, organized, and confident using checklists and procedures
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for the first 90 days. A company vehicle is provided upon successful completion of the onboarding period.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform light hands-on tasks when needed
- Comfortable working in homes at various stages of repair
Preferred
- Background in construction, home improvement, property management, real estate, or home services
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Handyman, GC, or renovation experience
- Real estate industry knowledge
- Strong understanding of cosmetic improvements (paint, flooring, finishes)
- Experience leading or supporting a small team
Job Type & Schedule
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed based on project load
- Local travel within NW Indiana required
