Project Manager

experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Denver.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager at HOMEstretch, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. We are

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project schedules ensuring our team arrives on time and that necessary supplies
(dumpsters, paint, tools) are delivered promptly.
Schedule all services providers to meet project timelines.
Working with the owner and Business Development lead to communicate directly with
HOMEstretch clients, maintaining clear and open communication regarding project start-
times, progress updates, and completion times.
Ensure all projects are executed in a timely manner while maintaining a focus on quality.
Resolve any client issues promptly, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
Recruit, hire and schedule subcontractors, including cleaners, general laborers, and
painters.
Maintain and build relationships with relevant subcontractors.
Develop and implement HOMEstretch policies and best practices related to client
scheduling, communication, customer service, marketing, and recruitment.
Assist, as needed, with HOMEstretch field work such as quality control checks, handyman
tasks, clear-outs, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of operational management experience.
Familiarity with the real estate, construction, and/or home services industries.
Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of utilizing procedures to navigate
complex problems.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams of hourly employees.
Background in the service industry, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding
customer service.
Self-starter and problem solver, capable of translating high-level directions into efficient
problem-solving and task completion.
Availability to be on the job site between the hours of 8am-5pm
Occasional weekend work required
Benefits:
Competitive salary starting at $70,000
Company vehicle for business use
No dedicated office to report to
Driving Requirements:
Must possess a valid Colorado Driver's License and a clean driving record to operate a
company-owned vehicle.
Work Authorization:
US work authorization required.
