Homestead. In Northampton is hiring experienced line cooks. Line cooks must have at least 2 years experience working on the line and understand intermediate kitchen skill sets.
Homestead. has built a collaborative staff and community and is looking for the right people to add to our team. We pride ourselves on our from scratch cooking, homemade pasta program, and our use of local and sustainable ingredients.
The right candidate must possess:
Strong culinary skills including but not limited to knife skills, protein cooking and temperatures, plating, etc
Organization skills and overall cleanliness
Ability to stand and execute duties for a minimum of 8 hours
Reliable transportation
Their own knives
