Are you passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and making a real impact?Homestead Structures, a leading builder of custom outdoor living structures, is looking for a motivated, results-driven Contractor/Retail Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll take ownership of building lasting contractor partnerships, growing revenue, and delivering expert support through design consulting, product knowledge, design and exceptional follow-through.
🔨 What You’ll Do- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong partnerships with contractors through trust, communication, and dependable support.
- Drive Sales Growth: Present proposals and custom solutions tailored to contractor/retail customer needs; manage the full sales cycle from first contact through order completion.
- Design Support: Use 3D modeling and design consulting to help contractors and /retail customers visualize and refine their projects.
- Be a Product Expert: Stay up-to-date on Homestead Structures' offerings and guide contractors and retail customers to the best-fit solutions.
- Represent Our Brand: Attend trade shows, conduct site visits, and build awareness of Homestead Structures in the market.
- A desire to learn, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A self-driven, results-focused mindset.
- Great time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with design consulting or 3D modeling tools (preferred, but not required)
- Willingness to travel to a customers home, contractor sites or attend trade show events.
