In this highly visible role, you'll bring creativity, organization, and leadership to every event, helping drive customer engagement, community connections, and retail sales.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute seasonal festivals, special events, and family activities
- Manage event logistics, budgets, timelines, vendors, and entertainment
- Collaborate with marketing to promote events and drive attendance
- Lead event staff, volunteers, and cross-functional teams
- Build community partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Create memorable customer experiences that keep guests coming back
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of event, festival, or experiential marketing experience
- Proven success managing public events from concept to execution
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Experience in retail, hospitality, attractions, or community events is a plus
