Position Details

• Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (with occasional overtime)
• Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Follow work procedures, schematics, or verbal instructions to perform duties
• Execute manufacturing/assembly tasks per Homestead procedures and process instructions
• Maintain daily production output
• Participate in quality control inspections
• Inspect in-process and finished cabinetry products
• Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve product quality and process efficiency
• Assist in other departments as needed
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn good manufacturing practices
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
• A positive attitude with curiosity and a desire to learn and grow in the trade
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and occasionally lift heavier items with assistance
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a noisy and dusty environment
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Regular use of hands for grasping, handling, and manipulating objects
• Ability to squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach during tasks
