As a Technician your day to day responsibilities are to respond to scheduled home/property maintenance appointments, field dispatches, on-site customer interaction, completing job estimates, equipment maintenance, van consumable inventory management, and ensuring vehicle safety. Additional duties may include handling routine & scheduled vehicle maintenance visits.

Responsibilities
- You will:
- Conduct routine service maintenance within defined timeframes.
- Perform preventive maintenance to the service equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot failures to the service equipment.
- Install, test, and train on new service equipment.
- Maintain the van equipment and daily stock of consumables.
- Use technology (camera, phone, tablet) as part of all work.
- **NOTE**: you will not amend or repair any part of the home/owner's property.
