The primary role of the Dispatcher is to schedule and route technicians based on skill levels, job requirements, and availability by service territory.
The hourly pay range for this role is $18-$23/hour and comes with an impressive full suite of benefits, listed below.
Responsibilities:
- Notify customers when parts arrive and coordinate the logistics to install parts.
- Utilize system software to communicate to Customer Service Representatives of scheduling capabilities.
- Assist Service Technicians, Supervisors, Managers and Customer Service Representatives daily.
- Manage technician’s workload to achieve compliance goals.
- Communicate any service concern /issues.
- Responsible for creating work orders, dispatching technicians, and communicating with customers.
- Must remain agile and ready to handle sudden route changes or delivery issues.

- Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems a plus. IE: Wennsoft / Click
- Ability to work in the Exton office 5 days a week
