Casa Fresca is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our award-winning team and supporting our Central Division communities. As one of the largest privately owned homebuilders in Florida, we are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in the industry. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, highly efficient, and a powerhouse in executing impactful campaigns, marketing initiatives, and events. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and home sales.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, including signage, social media, email marketing, paid media, content creation, and print materials.
- Oversee digital asset management (DAM), ensuring all marketing materials (photos, videos, floorplans, renderings, brochures, etc.) are accurate, organized, accessible, and up to date.
- Plan and manage community launches, promotional events, and Realtor outreach initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality marketing materials across all platforms.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, photographers, printers, and media partners.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and brand integrity.
- Continuously research industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Develop creative, out-of-the-box strategies to engage homebuyers and increase market presence.
- Adapt quickly to market changes, sales performance, and business needs by adjusting marketing plans accordingly.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics, adjusting strategies for improved lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Assist the Director of Marketing with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of marketing experience in homebuilding, real estate, or a related industry.
- Strong budget management skills, with experience allocating resources for maximum impact.
- Expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools
- Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt strategies based on market trends.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and vendor negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements
- This is an on-site position based in the Tampa Bay, FL area and will require relocation if you are not currently located in the area. While the role is primarily in-person, there may be limited access to remote work at the discretion of management and based on business needs.
- This is an exempt role, which may require working more than eight hours per day.
