The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing financial transactions, processing expense reports, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks. Key duties include processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, maintaining financial records, and preparing journal entries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI.
- Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and related financial documentation
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and financial data interpretation
- Background in Finance and Accounting principles
- Experience with preparing and reviewing Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Detail-oriented with organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
