As our Canvassing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our lead generation engine. You'll manage a dynamic team of canvassers, optimize territories for maximum efficiency, and build systems that consistently deliver results. What You'll Do

• Lead & Develop: Manage and mentor a team of canvassers, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Strategic Territory Management: Assign and optimize territories to maximize lead generation and team efficiency
• Recruit Top Talent: Source, interview, and hire exceptional canvassers who share our commitment to excellence
• Drive Performance: Monitor KPIs including lead generation appointment conversion, and quality metrics
• Ensure Standards: Maintain our performance benchmarks within our canvassing department
• Build Systems: Develop training programs, processes, and tools that set your team up for success
• Collaborate: Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize conversion rates

What We're Looking For

• Proven Leadership: 3 years managing door-to-door sales teams with measurable results
• Field Experience: Extensive personal door-to-door sales experience (home improvement/construction industry preferred)
• Performance-Driven: Track record of meeting and exceeding team performance metrics
• Hiring Expertise: Experience recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing sales professionals
• Systems Thinker: Ability to create processes, training materials, and performance tracking systems
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Southern California markets (Wildomar area preferred)
