What are the responsibilities and job description for the Furniture Sales Team Member position at Homemakers Furniture?
PAY: $21.50 per hour
SET SCHEDULE: You will work both days of the weekend, with 2 days off during the week.
Store hours:
Saturday: 10 am - 7 pm
Sunday: 11 am - 6 pm
Monday and Friday: 10 am-8 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10 am-7 pm

Summary:
As a Sales Associate at Homemakers, you will actively engage and connect with our customers, providing an exceptional experience. You will become an expert in our products and use this expertise to educate, inform and guide customers in the selection of furniture and accessories for their home.
Responsibilities:
- All associates are expected to become experts of our selling behaviors, leveraging these behaviors with every customer who walks through our doors and allowing us to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods; answer questions quickly and accurately.
- Offer style and design suggestions to the customer.
- Leverage omni channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
- Courteous and responsive to internal/external request
- Analytical skills to problem solve and offer alternative solutions to customers.
- Demonstrate pride and ownership in your work while meeting expected deadlines.
Requirements:
