· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Qualifications:

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

· Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Strong aptitude for translating employee and compliance data into actionable solutions for store leadership.

· Willingness to occasionally travel to the Urbandale headquarters or other locations for HR team collaboration, training, or projects.

· Passion for people, perseverance, and a genuine drive to build a great place to work.
