Homeland Security Systems is a leader in the fire protection and security industry and has an immediate opening for a qualified Schedule Coordinator/Administrative Assistant in the Monroe area.
Description:
This position requires the ability to properly document service calls, complete scheduling for service techs, place follow up calls to our customers, complete basic troubleshooting with customers, and complete administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Two years of relative experience
- Functional knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of logistical planning for service call routes and scheduling
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Perform work in an efficient and organized manner, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
A qualified individual will possess the following qualities:
- Ability to multi-task
- Active listening, critical thinking, problem solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills
- General understanding of business processes and record keeping
- Strong communication
Other:
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must be able to pass criminal background check.
