We’re building tools for every stage of real estate management—valuation, auctions, search, workflow, and a voice assistant—to make buying, selling, and managing homes simple.
The role
We’re looking for a Research Fellow to collaborate on foundational research at the intersection of economics and AI. You’ll work closely with our research and engineering teams to explore questions that advance both the science and practical systems of AI-driven real estate.
In this role, you will:
• Lead research initiatives exploring applications of AI, human-AI interaction, and market design in real estate.
• Author internal and external research outputs: white papers, technical reports, and conference submissions.
• Help shape the broader research vision and roadmap.
About You
• A PhD or equivalent experience in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A strong publication or research record, or demonstrated experience leading research-driven projects.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
- Econometrics and Causal Inference
- Quantitative UX Research
- Applied Microeconomics or Market Design
• Within a commutable distance to Palo Alto, CA.
